At PenchTantra, we take great care in crafting and packing our products.
However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or has a missing part, we are here to help.
Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
A return will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged during transit, or has a missing piece
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- A valid order ID or proof of purchase is provided
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@penchtantra.com
- Mention your Order ID clearly in the email
- Briefly explain the issue (defect, damage, or missing part)
- Attach clear photos or videos of the issue, if applicable
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days.
Return Approval and Pickup
- Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup from your delivery address
- Please ensure the product is properly packed in its original packaging at the time of pickup
- Do not send the product back without confirmation from our team
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund timeline:
After initiation, your payment gateway or bank may take up to 7 working days to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
- Products are replaced only if they are defective, damaged, or incomplete
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued as per this policy
Sale and Discounted Items
- Products purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for return only in case of defect, damage, or missing items
- No refunds are provided for price differences due to discounts or offers
Shipping and Return Costs
- Return pickup will be arranged by us after approval
- If the return is approved due to defect, damage, or missing items, no additional charges will be applied
