Shipping Partner

We use Shiprocket, a shipping aggregator platform, to manage our deliveries.

Shiprocket helps us identify the most suitable courier partner for each order based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight
  • Serviceability and delivery timelines

This allows us to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across India.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per availability and processing timelines.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Customer location
    • Courier partner
    • Weather conditions
    • Regional or operational constraints

Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than 10 working days due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, natural disruptions, or regional restrictions.

If an order is not delivered within 10 days from the date of dispatch, we request customers to contact us.
After verification, appropriate compensation may be provided, based on the nature of the delay and order details.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Serviceability is subject to courier partner availability in the delivery area.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping or refunds will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on the delivery location and courier partner serviceability.
  • Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure safe transit.
However, minor wear to outer packaging during transit does not qualify as product damage.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information that allows you to monitor the delivery status in real time.
